I was in and out in less than half hour for a smog. Luckily I was able to walk in about 245pm-3pm and quality pulled my truck in right away. Thank you.

What was supposed to be a one-day service resulted in us leaving the vehicle over the weekend. I get it, things get busy and it wasn't too big an inconvenience for us. The one thing I'll mention is that after getting the vehicle back after its service and inspection I was following my girlfriend home and noticed one of her taillights was out. I had an extra bulb lying around and it was an easy fix but felt kinda weird having just come from the shop.

Quality Automotive Servicing is the greatest. They have such fantastic customer service and are available when you need them. I noticed when I picked my car up yesterday that they have a bike available for their customers to get around while their car is in the shop. Super convenient if you need to kill some time or live in the area. Two thumbs up.

First time there. Staff was professional and friendly. I was a walk in requesting a smog test for registration. Truck was completed in less than a hour. Requested a quote for additional maintenance items for a later date.
