The communication is great, love the email updates. Kambria has been very helpful, as Im not a car person, and at the age of 78 I have had to take over responsibility for my car. The explanation have been very helpful in making decisions about car repairs and maintenance.

Very prompt service, Tom, the service advisor was perfect in communication throughout the entire repair. I had my truck back by the end of the day and when I left, I didn't feel like I was taken advantaged of. The cost was much cheaper than I expected for a Truckee auto repair.

Great service and expertise. My new "go to" mechanic. Just a touch forgetful. (I can drop it off next time I go to Safeway) Apart from that, I will be bringing all my cars here moving forward.

The appointment was easy to make and they accommodated my schedule. Kambria let me know in advance my estimated cost and thoroughly explained the service. Once the service was completed Kambria once again went over the checklist of work performed and explained in detail minor issues which may need to be addressed in the future. Job well done by QAS and Kambria specifically.
