We showed up in a tow truck on a Friday afternoon just before they closed, not even expecting to receive help until Monday morning. We had a flat and Les Schwab had tightened our lug nuts so tightly we were unable to physically change the spare ourselves and broke one off in the process. The gentleman at the front desk ( I believe his name was Dean?) came out and helped us change the spare, fix the lug nut and filled our spare with air all free of charge... 5 minutes before they closed on a Friday! He was very kind and completely saved our day!
