Once finished, Gary, who helped me at the counter, explained the next step which was the DMV. Just a good experience compared to what I was expecting! Very civilized. Thank you.

When my 2000 Jeep Wrangler broke done during a recent visit to Truckee, we did not know where to turn for the necessary repairs. A local Truckee resident recommend that we try Quality Automotive in Truckee. I dropped it off without warning on a Thursday night. The following morning, Quality Automotive quickly assessed the situation and provide me a detail inspection report on my car. They were able to order the necessary parts and complete the clutch replacement early on Monday. Very professional and prompt during th entire process. Great job as always. Had to wait almost 2 hrs when they had said it would be 45min. Would have preferred an update before I came back and had to wait longer. I understand things don't always go as planed and I wasn't in a rush so no worries.
