Quality Automotive has always been 5 star for me. They are honest and accurate in their estimates of repair. They live up to their promises as to time of completion. They are the best place to go for a smog check. Even without an appointment it takes less than an hour from start to finish. Their new location is great. Definitely recommend these guys.

It took only fifteen minutes and I waited in a nice air conditioned lobby with current magazines. Very nice and pleasant. When my 2000 Jeep Wrangler broke done during a recent visit to Truckee, we did not know where to turn for the necessary repairs. A local Truckee resident recommend that we try Quality Automotive in Truckee. I dropped it off without warning on a Thursday night. The following morning, Quality Automotive quickly assessed the situation and provide me a detail inspection report on my car. They were able to order the necessary parts and complete the clutch replacement early on Monday. Very professional and prompt during th entire process.
