My 1980 Jeep with a Chevrolet 350 engine transplanted into it did not pass smog the first time. I repaired the problems causing it not to pass myself but brought the Jeep back to Quality and authorized that they perform a diagnostic exam to insure that there were not other issues causing the Jeep not to pass. They tested the Jeep, found that it passed and did not charge me any additional fees even though I had authorized nearly $300 in additional work if needed. They also worked the Jeep into their already busy schedule because I needed to leave town for several weeks before their next scheduled opening. Quality impressed me both with their willingness to work me into their schedule and with not finding anything else wrong with the Jeep.
