I was accidentally overcharged and they called me and issued a refund. Who does that in this day and age? So honest, such outstanding service. I love Quality Automotive. I am also slightly obsessed with the electric bike that you can borrow while your car is being worked on. It's so fun!

We appreciate the dropbox for early drop off and after hour pickup. We also are happy they told us that our brakes will be fine a little longer, as opposed to doing them sooner than needed (like another repair shop was tempted to do).

Took my new car in to be smogged with out an appointment. The friendly staff quickly got me in and out. Great prompt service.

Although I had a minor service the employees at the service center where very nice and helpful. I had an hour service job done and true to there word it was completed within an hour.
