Came in for a diagnostic on some dash lights, was in and out within 25 minutes! The customer service is spot on, Gary was amazing, came out and checked the brakes and fluids on my car, even topped off the coolant. Super clean, friendly, and reliable. Much different than heading to Big O or some other large chain. HIGHLY RECCOMEND

Their customer service is outstanding! They got me in and out within 25 minutes. My only complaint is that they are closed from 12-1 which is the time most people have off to get in, so my suggestion would be for them to stager their lunch breaks. Besides that, I highly recommend!

Staff is friendly and efficient. Facility is very clean. Very honest in their assessment of what repairs or maintenance needed attention or not. Overall a very good experience.

I really appreciate the thoroughness of Quality Automotive Servicing, and I think it's cool how they use modern systems to track my car's health. I saw photos of damage that I need to repair, and it's good to have a visualization of my car's health rather than simply anecdotal.

Great and prompt service! Staff was polite, professional and communicated well. We’d definitely come back for more than just a smog next time!
