Very good technology and customer focus. Gary kept me informed on status of the repair and was very helpful. Service and the mechanic's input was excellent. Since we couldn't pick the vehicle up before closing, keys were left in a lockbox with access via text message. The "automation" was very cool and unlike prior experiences with dealers or independent mechanics. All in, a very positive interaction and outcome with the repairs needed.

These guys are awesome. I had a check engine light problem on Highway 89 after a few hours of spirited driving. I took my BMW 335i over to Quality Auto and they diagnosed it and fixed it within half an hour. Total charge was under the estimate and roughly the price of an inexpensive dinner. I would definitely go back in the future.
