What I mean by complete is they went all the way down the list and explained what I needed, what could wait and we were able to get to a place where I felt comfortable and not stressed about my car, my finances, and my safety!! I had my Jeep in for it's annual service. They found a couple of oil leaks and took care of those also. They took the Jeep in on time and it was ready on time. Good/friendly service.

Made appointment and delivered car. Got call in late afternoon that car was ready. Met advisor and he explained what they did. He also explained the diagnostic report and identified other things that did not need immediate attention but things that should be watched. Very Professional!

One of the best experiences I have ever had getting my car serviced. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their communication is excellent - texts updating status of estimate and repairs. Went to have my brakes fixed and I was told it was going to be a longer repair then I anticipated. I was offered a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair. My Subaru dealer doesn't do that when I get bring my car in for repairs! The repair was repeated earlier than expected. Without hesitation I highly recommend Quality Automotive Servicing.
