These guys are wonderful! I woke up one morning and my car was making a horrific sound. I drove it straight in to Quality Automotive (without calling first because it was so early) and their team was MORE than accommodating. They slotted me in to have the car looked at, and gave me a loaner car to drive home with so that I could be on time for a conference call. We have used Quality Automotive for years, but this one occurrence, and their extra special attention to my needs, sealed the deal that we are customers for life!

They did a great job! I had radiator problems on highway 80 at 9 in the morning, I found their shop in Truckee and great results. They diagnosed my problem and had it fixed by 4pm. They drove us over to Truckee airport to get a rental for the day. Great customer service and great car diagnostics.
