I was driving my car to Tahoe when I drove over a piece of re bar. It did substantial damage to my BMW. We have taken another vehicle to Quality for repair and were impressed with how professional they were. They were really busy, but worked my car in and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend their shop for any of your service needs.

I had problems finding a servicing shop close to me in Carnelian Bay that could see me quickly so ventured further afield to Truckee. Compared to others (many have still not returned my call) they were responsive and professional. Their fees were fair - not super low or high - but they were very thorough and clearly want a repeat-customer relationship. They clearly know their stuff, important when you hand over complex, expensive machinery that you critically depend upon. If you are looking for an alternative to the dealer where you purchased your car, I would say that they are an excellent alternative providing a similar or better level of service. 5 stars!
