I made an appointment online for a smog and received a response promptly with my appointment details! When I arrived everyone was friendly and professional and I was in and out so fast; earlier than what they noted on line. Great experience!

QAS has given me great service, and great advice for my Sprinter van. When Mercedes Reno just reset the computer and told me nothing was wrong, Quality Automotive took the time to figure out that my emissions were going weird, and that CA Mercedes dealers are required fix that under CA emissions laws. So I took my van to a CA dealership and got the emissions system changed out on Mercedes dime ($5k savings) They do great work, treat my van well. I'm happy to support a local business instead of driving down to Reno.

They got me in the same day for a smog check and turned around in 30 minutes (faster than promised!).

You have a well run organization

I recently purchased a used Mercedes and a warning came on saying "Pre-Safe" inoperable. I called every Mercedes dealer between here and Sacramento and the dealer I bought the car from, and besides not having any available appointments, no one was even able to tell me what that warning meant. When I called Quality Automotive, they said the earliest appointment was Friday but that I could bring my car in that day (Monday) and they could at least run some diagnostics and determine if it would be safe for me to keep driving it until then. The fact that they actually cared about my safety and offered me tangible solutions tells a lot about the quality of character and mechanic capabilities of the people at this business. Thank you!
