My truck broke down while in town the day before I was supposed to leave and drive it 6 hours home. They hooked it up to the computer to quickly diagnose that one of my cylinders was misfiring, but had already let me know they were completely full and couldn't fit me in for a week. Being too risky to drive it to a bigger town and with no other shops having availability, I was in a bad spot. One of the mechanics happened to overhear our conversation at the front desk and informed us that he was waiting on a part that was supposed to come in but was late. He said he could look at it right away. Through a combination of good luck and QAS's genuine concern for their customers, I was back on the road that same day. My trip home was uneventful and I definitely stress tested their work driving through the mountains. They are by far the best mechanic shop I've ever dealt with and arguably the best customer service experience I've ever had. I wish I lived closer to have QAS service all of my vehicles.
