The people I deal with at Quality Auto always make me feel that they care about me and my cars. They make it clear for each vehicle what needs to be done, and what can wait, and how long it can wait. It is very refreshing to deal with a business that seems to not just talk the talk, but really believes in customer service. I would be totally shocked if they have ever received a negative review.

I was also impressed with the knowledge of your associates at the front counter. Maggie was able to explain in detail how the problem was diagnosed and the solution. Like a good student I took notes! And most importantly, I loved the personal touch from everyone there. You remembered my name, warmly acknowledged my little dog, Rishi Raj, and took time with me. Gary even came out from the back when he overheard my explanation of the recurring brake problem. It feels like everyone there really likes their job.
