Was on my way to Truckee for business, my truck had some issues up the summit. I made it to Zanos where I was hosting a Truckee Chamber of Commerce lunch, realized Quality was across the street (thank goodness!) Asked if they could get me in that day and get me back on the road by end of day, as I live in Sacramento. They said they would do their best to accomplish that goal. I said I would buy the crew beer if they did! Well, end result, I was on the Road again by 5pm, and I provided Coronas for the crew, and was happy to do so. Thanks for all of your professional service to get me home same day! The type of business I love doing business with!

I've been taking cars to repair shops for 40+ years. This is the best place ever, by a wide margin. They are really friendly, super efficient, take the time to explain everything in detail, totally transparent, etc etc. They email you the most detailed and easiest to understand diagnostic reports I've ever seen. The waiting room is nice, the loaner cars are new and clean, everyone is helpful and upbeat. Yes, you can probably find a less expensive repair place but Quality Automotive is absolutely worth it. Could not be happier.
