WOW! I am so impressed by QAS! Went in for a simple smog check, and the front desk treated me like I was going to drop a couple thousand dollars! They were delightful! Welcomed me as a first time visitor-even shook my hand! I actually drove by the facility because I was looking for a rough edged automotive business. The facility is beautiful and looks very “Truckee.” They texted me to tell me my vehicle was ready, and it was ready on time! I think I will drive up from the Bay Area just for QAS to do my smog checks! Thank you!

I so appreciate the very professional and yet personal service here at Quality! I used to take my Mazda to Reno for service - no longer! I'm never 'stuck' when my car is being serviced as the folks at Quality will either lend me a car or take me home.

Very pleasant folks. Improvement in lead time and parts availability combined with continuing updates on parts arrival, parts slow to arrive, projected time/date vehicle will actually be started and finished. If it will be a week before the project can start due to parts availability, provide clear and unambiguous information to that effect. Work has been complete and durable last two visits, and I hope the third visit is as good, long term.
