Professional service from start to finish. We needed smog testing the week that the diagnostic equipment machine wasn't working. The staff kept us in the loop with daily phone calls updating the status of the equipment repair. Once the equipment was repaired, we were able to get an appointment the same afternoon that we called. When we arrived at the shop we were greeted cheerfully, given a cost estimate and a 'done by' time (of which both were met). Thanks to all!
