I’m always welcomed with a smile and quick service. At age 73 it’s nice to have found this nugget in Truckee. I moved here three years ago not knowing where to take my “baby” when she wasn’t running correctly. I had only one mechanic touch “her” since day one. Quality soon showed me my “baby” was in great hands. A year later she needed her smog check. She passed with flying colors! Quality Automotive Servicing lives up to their name, Quality. I feel like their family. 🤔😉👍🏼

DEF System failure on my 2016 GMC Sierra. QAS needed to get parts. Once in they repaired, tested and is running great. Very friendly customer service and communication. Fair pricing.

It was my first time coming to Quality Automotive. All employees were great that I dealt with. I was very impressed with the customer service and quick work on my car. Having a BMW master Tech here locally in Truckee is a huge bonus. You will see me again, hopefully not too soon! Thanks Guys!
