Phone answerer was cheerful and friendly, I was greeted and assisted promptly when I arrived, and I did not have to wait long.

My old Chevy truck exhaust had a small glitch doing smog test. Quality automotive looked at it the next day and the exhaust was working fine and passed a second smog. They could have charged me a full fee, and did not. Great service, great understanding, and wonderful outcome.

Everything good. The brakes are significantly better (they were spongy and you bled them).
