Had a slight mishap skiing at Northstar. The undercarriage fascia was snared by the ice. The fascia dragged along the road without any danger. Tried a few places but all closed. Drove up at 8am opening on the dot . Took me right away with smiles even thought they have NEVER seen one in the shop. They promised to try and they did. How to jack up the car??? Make long story short.They were genuinely interested in how to fix the problem and even let me witness their 1st hand try. They cleaned out the ice,etc .... wired the fibreglass fascia with wires since the grommets were toast. One my way out in less than and hour with not much damage to my credit card. Drove straight to Palo Alto Tesla who wanted me to stop by ASAP to make sure. The senior tech Mark Stevens was happy/impressed with the fix that he allowed me to drive to Death Valley that weekend 1000miles round trip and bring back later for replacement. If you are not impressed noting will. It is the attitude,willingness and efficiency that makes me write this review for them though a couple of months late.
