Good experience with Quality Automotive. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only "complaint" is that I had to wait 45 minutes to get my car smogged. I tried to make an appointment but was told they did not take appointments for this service but rather I could come-in during regular business hours and I would be served on a first come, first served basis.

SMOG in under 15 min!

So far new rear brakes and a few oil changes and I'm satisfied with the service and work.

I showed up on their doorstep just 2-minutes before closing time and without hesitation Lisa was asking the guys if they could assist me. Bill quickly took a look at my tire that was deflated due to an imbedded screw. I was back on the road within 15-minutes. Thank you so much for not turning me away and getting me back on the road! Routine oil change, tech spotted minor issue that should be covered by warranty. Quality also offered advice and diagnostics I could do to help figure out a problem with no power assist to brakes when car is cold (not fixed yet, but much more helpful than what I got from the dealer after multiple visits).
