Good experience with Quality Automotive. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only "complaint" is that I had to wait 45 minutes to get my car smogged. I tried to make an appointment but was told they did not take appointments for this service but rather I could come-in during regular business hours and I would be served on a first come, first served basis.

So far new rear brakes and a few oil changes and I'm satisfied with the service and work.

I showed up on their doorstep just 2-minutes before closing time and without hesitation Lisa was asking the guys if they could assist me. Bill quickly took a look at my tire that was deflated due to an imbedded screw. I was back on the road within 15-minutes. Thank you so much for not turning me away and getting me back on the road!
