Went in and had a smog check done, fast service! I was even able to pay my registration dues without hassling with the DMV! Best experience ever...thanks Gary and crew!!

I was up in Truckee area over a very busy new year holiday and my battery and/or charging system was having problems. I jumped the car and brought it into Quality Repair Shop. They diagnosed the battery was almost dead, replaced it, and checked many other items (low rear tire pressure) all before noon with no appointment. very reasonable price and friendly, knowledgeable service. I never write reviews but these guys are really exceptional!

Very Professional. Wait time was minimal and any problems with my vehicle were explained well and achievable solutions were recommended. Two return visits were required and I was treated like my business was important each time.

If you ever are stranded due to car trouble go to them. They were very helpful and honest. They were proactive in providing status and explained everything they were doing or when something was not necessary. They delivered on their commitment. Quality, honesty, friendly, customer oriented, reasonable are the words that describe them. If ever stranded again we would only go to them.
