I've had both of my cars smog tested at Quality, and both times the process went smoothly - I was in and out in about 40 minutes each time.

Jake was very helpful. He kept me regularly updated on the progress of the repairs and he found functional used parts that could be substituted for new parts in order to lower the cost.

I am very happy with the many services I have had taken care of by Quality Automotive. They make each visit personal and aim to keep your best in mind. They have also been able to identify whatever problem my car has had in an extremely efficient manner. Definitely would recommend!

Great job as always. There were some long-term maintenance suggestions on the paperwork that were not discussed when I checked out. Not sure how urgent they were. Assume they are ok to defer for a while
