The guys are knowledgeable, polite and accommodating . Example: I am a noise freak. There was a disturbing rattle somewhere between my dashboard and hood. Gary drove around with me listening and probably thinking I was a nut case. He had me stop, opened the hood, pulled out leaves and pine needles. Shut the hood, asked me to drive around the parking lot. Voila! The irritating noise was gone. I should add patient to the list of great qualities they have at Quality Automotive! Susan Bailey
