As always, great service from a great group!

This appointment was to have some things Quality noticed about my truck that need fixing (tail light, wipers) when I had in in for an oil change earlier. I like that they go beyond the original service request and let me know about other repairs etc that might need doing in the near future. No hard sell, just a heads up.

This is by far the best service I have had. The staff was great and finished the car work promptly.

Wow! I was at the door when the shop opened to get a smog inspection for my car. I was on my way within 30 minutes. Great service. The guys at the counter make one feel very welcomed.

Great experience! My car was doing weird things and not starting. They got us in right away and even let me borrow a car so I could pick up my husband at the Reno Airport. Totally saved me!! Everyone was so helpful and really took the time to explain what was going on with my car. We have always had great service when we've brought our cars in for regular service appointments, but this was our first "crisis" appointment. Good to know we have such a great and trustworthy place in Truckee!

Quality Automotive is amazing. I spent 5 months trying to troubleshoot a check engine light and get my car to pass smog. I went to three mechanics, and the light kept coming on. Finally, I let the guys here work on it, and it was fixed. Thanks Mark and Gary.
