I had an 8am Smog Check appointment. I was let in early, was check in and the work was completed in 1/2 hour. Shop was clean, organized an staff was friendly. Couldn’t have been any better A++

I appreciate the fact that Quality always does a service check to ensure that my vehicle is in good working order. The staff thoroughly reviews upcoming recommendations and clarifies what service can be delayed versus what is critical. Everyone I have interacted with has been friendly, responsive and professional. I'm grateful to have a local shop that I can trust.

QAS staff are competent, conscientious and courteous. They worked my routine maintenance appointment on-time and counseled me on next steps and where to hunt for a small miscellaneous part. Thankfully their shop includes a sizeable, clean waiting area with plenty of seating, which is especially welcome in a winter climate. All work with specific estimates was disclosed in writing before starting work. They have an easily accessed location on Donner Pass Rd. I will consider future appointments at QAS and strongly recommend them to others.
