Customer service and staff are always super nice. Smog never takes long. Not the cheapest but I would rather pay a little more for the convenience and keeping it local.

Great experience, very personable staff. I was told my smog test would be finished within an hour and we were finished in exactly that time. I really appreciated how they introduced themselves when I got there, and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Not to mention they mechanic's taste in music made my stay even more enjoyable. Wanda the Honda was very happy with her stay there :)

Great, friendly and informative service.

Gary at Quality Smog was delightful and very kind to interact with. They are efficient, quick and do a great job. They are honest and upfront about costs and timeframes, and won't do any work until you give them the approval to do so. They give you a free re-test if your vehicle does not pass smog the first time. I will not be going anywhere else for smog or maintenance in the Truckee-North Lake area.
