Gary at Quality Smog was delightful and very kind to interact with. They are efficient, quick and do a great job. They are honest and upfront about costs and timeframes, and won't do any work until you give them the approval to do so. They give you a free re-test if your vehicle does not pass smog the first time. I will not be going anywhere else for smog or maintenance in the Truckee-North Lake area.

Fast and efficient. Was out the door with the certificate in 30 minutes. Had enough time to grab a bagel across the street. My second time back with another vehicle, and I live hours away. Highly recommended.

It's rare to go to a business these days where you feel your best interest is in mind. Money and greed seem to have taken over the universe. NOT at Quality Automotive! They consistently give excellent, professional and honest service! Best automotive shop I have ever used. Highly recommend.
