Lost my rear axle on I-80 by Truckee. My local shop recommended Quality. Less hassle than trying to have towed. Mark and his staff kept me informed ,worked with my extended warranty and took on more than just a rear seal. Repaired complete rear end ,even brakes, and then found and fixed an engine exhaust gasket. They did a safety check and recommend front brake pads. Working with ajuster and his regular customers he fit me in.repair took a little longer because of this. I also told Mark not to hurry . Very happy ,truck is working correctly. Would of been a 5 rating if they had washed it. Seriously we were returning home after a 5300 mile trip only 62 miles to go. They sure made it easy on us and it sure helped. Folks you can trust this shop. We do.
