The team at Quality Automotive is great! I needed a smog for my relatively new car in order to get it registered in California. I walked in, was promptly greeted and taken care of and was told I'd get a text when it was done. It couldn't have been more than 20 minutes and it was ready to go. Totally smooth, painless experience, and they mailed the certificate directly to the DMV (that's what they said.........the wait at the DMV was another story and I have not yet been able to see anyone - gave up after waiting an hour and having them call 3 numbers in that amount of time) Anyway, I highly recommend Quality Automotive Servicing! Thank you

I am very impressed with the staff at Quality Automotive. I would listen to them talk on the phone or with a client at the counter and they have been trained well in customer service. They know the right questions to ask and have the proper answers. Going back again next week to smog the truck I'm selling.

Conveniently located near the California DMV, these guys had my car smogged in no time. While they were working on the car I was able to shop in the local shopping area allowing me to get an errand done rather than wait in the garage. I'll be back!

Went to this shop after getting a list of “required and immediate” repairs from dealer and after a recommendation from a local. BEST SHOP EVER! No BS. Explained EVERYTHING clearly and concisely, talked to me as an equal and answered ALL my questions fully! Did not try to sell me on extras that I did not need! STRAIGHT UP HONEST! Made appointment and arrangements for future service if necessary. After pickup of repaired auto, informed me that one of the dealers “dire warning” was BS! Honest and informative. From now on, will take my vehicles to this shop ONLY!!! 👍👍👍👍👍
